1. General

  • Joyce Line operates under UAE and GCC laws and regulations.

  • These terms apply to all purchases made through our website or any of our sales channels.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Descriptions

  • We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, slight variations in color, fabric texture, or pattern may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade craftsmanship.

  • All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received (if prepaid) or accepted for Cash on Delivery.

  • Product prices do not include shipping fees, which are payable directly to the delivery driver.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping

  • Within UAE: 25 AED (paid to delivery driver).

  • Across GCC: 70 AED (paid to courier).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Free size adjustments are available, but delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If a product is damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Privacy

  • We collect only Name, Mobile Number, and Email Address for order and delivery purposes.

  • We do not sell, share, or rent customer information.

  • We do not use cookies on our website.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and designs on our website are the property of Joyce Line and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
