1. Delivery Charges

Within UAE:

  • Delivery fee is 25 AED.

  • This amount is paid directly to the delivery driver upon receiving your order.

  • Product prices do not include shipping fees.

Across GCC:

  • Delivery fee is 70 AED.

  • Paid directly to the delivery driver or courier service upon delivery.

  • Product prices do not include shipping fees.

2. Important Notes

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details to avoid delays.

  • In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs, courier issues), we will keep you updated.
